Ipsita Tingi
Ipsita Tingi '24 (she/her) was an undergraduate student in the lab studying Chemical and Biological Engineering with a certificate in Sustainable Energy. Her work in the lab focused on chemotaxis in porous media to influence bioremediation strategies. Her interests include food, water, energy, and the environment as well as integrating science and communication within the public sector. Post-grad, she plans to work for Deloitte GPS.
Ipsita is from Georgia, though she also grew up in West Virginia. On campus, she is a part of diSiac Dance Company, Naacho Dance Company, and USG Sustainability Committee. She loves dance, plants, chai, reading, and anything else she can explore. She enjoys traveling, trying new things, and is always down for a new friend or recommendation!
