Emily Chen (she/her/hers) is a PhD student in Chemical and Biological Engineering. She completed her undergraduate degree at Cornell University, where she studied ligands for colloidal quantum dots. She also spent three summers interning at P&G. Her current research focuses on viscoelastic flows in porous media.

Emily was born and raised in Columbus, OH, where she became an avid Ohio State football fan. Outside of lab, you can find Emily running around the sidewalks and trails of Princeton or getting immersed in documentaries.
