About
Bio/Description

Nancy Lu (NAN-see LOO) was the first PhD student to join, and graduate from, our lab. She obtained her undergraduate degree from MIT, and then obtained her PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Princeton in April 2021. Her research in our lab elucidated the role of structural heterogeneities in altering multiphase flow in porous media, motivated by energy and environmental applications. She then moved on to a position as a management consultant at Qral group.

Nancy is from Florida. In her free time at Princeton, you could find her either bartending at the Debasement Bar in the Graduate College, taking group fitness classes at Dillon, or cooking and eating. Nancy's secret talent is folding origami while hula-hooping.
